About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Technical Field Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support across multiple locations. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain computer systems and network components, document work through a ticketing system, and support employees during on-site visits and dispatches. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in a help desk environment or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of experience in a help desk environment
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and Information Technology (IT) components
  • Functional knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Experience with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks(WAN)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and troubleshoot multiple projects using effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of computer software and other web-based systems
  • Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
