The Technical Enablement Engineer is responsible for enabling solution provider partners to build, expand, and enhance their practice areas by increasing their technical capability, solution awareness, and market readiness. This role focuses on pre-sales technical engagement, partner education, and solution enablement across vendor technologies, emerging trends, and high-growth IT solutions. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor to partners, helping them strengthen their sales motion, improve competitive differentiation, and accelerate revenue growth through Ingram Micro’s vendor ecosystem. This includes delivering training, driving solution awareness, and providing SME-level guidance on vendor products and technologies. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, partner engagement, and consultative pre-sales support to help partners become more proactive, profitable, and services-driven.
