Technical Due Diligence Lead

JLL•Atlanta, GA
•$120,000 - $155,000•Remote

About The Position

JLL is hiring a Technical Due Diligence Lead to guide preconstruction work from project pursuit through award. The role turns project briefs into signable proposals and executable packages for the Build team, leading estimating, bid packaging, and constructability to ensure projects are priced, scoped, and fundable before construction. The position also manages one or two preconstruction managers and requires a strong MEP cost estimating and engineering background. The role develops estimates and bid materials, coordinates vendor bidding with Project Managers, and assembles comprehensive proposal packages covering scope, procurement, assumptions, safety and logistics, schedule, delivery approach, resources, design and permitting, commissioning, equipment and move lists, and finishes. It supports Target Value Design, Go/No-Go and compliance reviews, and the formalization of bid packages and work scopes. At construction handoff, the Lead provides the baseline information to the Construction Manager and remains available to resolve rebuy or missed-scope questions. This position is remote and listed for Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; and San Francisco, California. It does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Expected compensation is $120,000–$155,000 per year. JLL accepts applications on an ongoing basis until a candidate is identified.
