The position is remote and lists Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; and San Francisco, CA as locations. It does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Hands-on estimating experience and discipline in maintaining basis-of-estimate files that can support a handoff.
  • Proven vendor coverage practices, including site walks, RFIs, comparable scopes, and avoiding single-source surprises on bid day.
  • Ability to write exclusions, assumptions, and procurement plans that withstand compliance review.
  • Experience building critical-path bid schedules and work-package structures that a Construction Manager can inherit.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
