Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in technical writing, training, instructional development or business/process documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree required in communications, instructional design, business, IT or related field.
  • Technical writing.
  • Training-plan development.
  • Training-material development.
  • Instructor-led and virtual training.
  • User guides and job aids.
  • Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Process Desk Guides and Tip Sheets.
  • Business-process/workflow documentation.
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to translate technical/business processes into clear user documentation.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program training plans, course materials, user guides, SOPs, Process Desk Guides and Tip Sheets.
  • Assess user training needs and coordinate training with system changes/releases.
  • Conduct Government-approved training, primarily virtually unless otherwise directed.
  • Maintain documentation so CSP processes are repeatable, auditable and understandable to Government and contractor personnel.
