About The Position

At Fiserv, our Technical Directors bridge business systems requirements from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. They create requirements specifications (client, user, etc.), specifications of user or market needs; identification or synthesis of technology needed to meet a user or market need.

Requirements

9+ years of experience solutioning and delivering large-scale enterprise programs
Experience in payment solutions
System integration experience
Strong client facing and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
Public sector experience

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational thought leadership for new opportunities that address client needs and pain points.
Identify and document requirements and technical scope in partnership with sales, implementation and operations.
Collaborate with product and technology teams.
Support project management.
Interact with the product owners to identify the capabilities and create detail workflows.
Translate the workflow orchestration to detail technical requirements for the respective product/application teams.
Identify internal, external application owners for the development.
Control solution development.
