We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Custom Tech Services team, delivering client-driven technical initiatives across the KORE Intelligence Platform — with a primary focus on Partnership Intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, technical solutioning, and structured delivery execution. You will own initiatives from early opportunity triage and solution shaping through detailed scoping, sprint execution, and successful launch. The work will largely involve integration and extension use cases — including finance integrations via API, CRM consulting engagements, custom extensions within Partnership Intelligence, workflow automation, and occasionally fully bespoke solutions built adjacent to or outside the core platform. You will interface directly with client stakeholders while coordinating globally distributed engineering teams across Vancouver, London, India, and Australia. This role requires comfort operating in a follow-the-sun delivery model and flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
