About The Position

This role involves bridging strategy and execution in the Wealth Management sector, focusing on delivering reliable platforms for advisors, investors, and operations. The Technical Delivery Lead will possess expertise across product manufacturing, investment operations/back office, distribution, and front-office/advisor platforms. The individual will collaborate closely with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor to influence technology strategy, architecture decisions, and transformation roadmaps. The position requires connecting business strategy with complex technology landscapes, implementing leading practices to create scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance cost efficiency, performance, and growth throughout the entire Wealth Management value chain, encompassing Product Manufacturing, Investment Operations, Distribution & Client Management, and Front Office/Advisor Experience.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of proven consulting and delivery leadership in Wealth and Asset Management across multiple domains
  • Experience engaging CIO/CTO/COO stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making
  • Strong technical fluency across Digital Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs and Event Streaming, data platforms | modernization and DevOps/SRE
  • Hands-on experience integrating with wealth platforms, custodians, and market data providers (g., Charles River /Eagle/SS&C/SimCorp/Broadridge).
  • Regulatory awareness across North American Wealth (KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, CFR, PIPEDA/OSFI)

Nice To Haves

  • Cloud certs (AWS/Azure), API/streaming at scale, data quality & lineage tooling.
  • Experience with Salesforce FSC, Appian/PEGA, or analytics/GenAI assistants for advisors/ops.
  • CFA/CIPM awareness (performance/attribution) or equivalent domain depth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Wealth value chain, aligning execution with enterprise strategy and executive priorities
  • Advise CIO/CTO stakeholders on leading practices, including platform modernization, operating model design, and build vs. buy decisions
  • Provide technology leadership across Manufacturing, Back Office, Distribution, and Front Office domains
  • Shape target-state architecture using domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-led ecosystems
  • Translate executive strategy into delivery plans including roadmaps, OKRs, budgets, and vendor governance
  • Drive measurable outcomes such as improved STP, reduced latency, optimized cost-to-serve, and enhanced client/advisor experience
  • Elevate engineering maturity by establishing best practices, standards, and delivery playbooks
