Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment. Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues to senior management as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed by projects w/n the program. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and status to stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to improve program and project management across the organization. Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced team members.
