Build things that matter. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you’ll work directly with our customers to help them get real value from the platform. This isn’t a passive support role. You’ll be hands-on, digging into technical workflows, helping teams solve problems, and making sure Aikido becomes a core part of how they manage security. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, helping teams go from “just signed” to fully up and running, while shaping how we improve the product based on real-world usage.
