Technical Customer Success Manager

MintMCPSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

MintMCP helps companies put agents to work safely by building the infrastructure that makes a company's own work runnable by them. Our product gives agents governed access to company data and tools, ensuring trust by scoping access to exactly what an agent needs and capturing necessary data flows and audit logs. We are building the rest of the agent stack, aiming to become the system a company's work runs on. We are an AI-native company, with more agents than employees, and have grown to over 40 paying customers since launching in February 2026, including Coursera, Arlo, and Braze. We are backed by prominent investors and angels, and our founders have strong academic and industry backgrounds in machine learning. This role is the first dedicated post-sales hire, responsible for building the customer success function from the ground up. You will own the customer relationship from deal signing through renewal and expansion, driving onboarding, ensuring product adoption, and managing account health. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs internally while also guiding them on best practices. This role requires building repeatable processes, templates, and cadences for customer success, and will involve travel to meet customers. As the customer base grows, you will help shape hiring decisions and have the opportunity to grow into leading the customer success team.

  • Ability to run a plan and drive it to an outcome across a customer's team, aligning stakeholders, tracking commitments, and maintaining momentum.
  • Comfortable in technical conversations without being an engineer; able to hold your own with technical buyers, explain the product's value, and know when to involve the technical team.
  • Experience carrying retention and expansion, or possessing the commercial instinct to do so, with a track record of maintaining and growing relationships.
  • Experience building structure where there was none, including playbooks, templates, and cadences.
  • Calm under pressure and able to own the outcome when a customer is unhappy.
  • AI-native or ability to become AI-native quickly, with genuine curiosity about AI, agents, and their adoption by companies.
  • Ability to move fast without excessive process.
  • Desire to grow into leading a team.
