About The Position

CV-Tek/RapidVisionPak (a Midera Company) is seeking a Customer Service & Parts Sales Representative to join our Elgin, Illinois headquarters. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to identify replacement parts, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, parts support, inside sales, or order management who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, parts sales, or order management experience
• ERP experience required
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving customer problems and delivering results

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or equipment-related experience preferred
• Infor experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding replacement parts, pricing, availability, and lead times
• Prepare accurate parts quotations and process customer orders
• Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage customer information and order activity
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to resolve customer issues
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment
• Ensure timely follow-up and professional communication throughout the order process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support customers with a sense of urgency while delivering an exceptional customer experience
