About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Copywriter to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and engaging, high-impact content for social media and video platforms. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative execution. You will be instrumental in developing written and visual assets that drive brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and foster customer engagement, working closely with our product, marketing, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Proven background in technical copywriting, content writing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively simplify complex technical subjects.
  • Direct experience creating and managing content for social media platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Capable of balancing creative content development with technical accuracy.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-focused environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with content performance analytics and metrics.
  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling, platform-specific copy for social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Edit short-form videos for social campaigns, marketing initiatives, and internal use.
  • Collaborate on video scripts, storyboards, and captions, ensuring content is optimized for engagement.
  • Manage content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Produce clear, persuasive technical copy for web pages, blogs, product descriptions, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Translate highly complex technical information into easily digestible, audience-centric content.
  • Maintain a consistent and unified tone, voice, and message across all communication channels.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Integrate SEO principles and content performance data into the creation process.
  • Stay current with evolving industry trends, digital tools, and emerging content formats.
