About The Position

As the Social Media Content Manager, you will be responsible for owning and scaling Vivazen’s social presence across all major platforms. You will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that translates brand and product strategy into high-performing content, drives engagement, and builds an authentic community around the brand. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven operator with experience growing consumer brands through social storytelling. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, and agency partners to support launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or agency
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social communities.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong creative judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with content creation and editing tools and social management platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in CPG, consumer brands, or DTC businesses.
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotions, or retail-focused campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
  • Experience working in regulated consumer categories (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, short-form video, and campaign-driven content.
  • Own the social content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm updates to keep content relevant and competitive.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Build authentic relationships with followers to strengthen brand trust and loyalty.
  • Support influencer, creator, and user-generated content initiatives where applicable.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
  • Use insights and data to continuously optimize content strategy and improve results.
  • Partner with paid social teams where applicable to amplify high-performing organic content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and agency partners to support product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Align social content with broader go-to-market initiatives and marketing priorities.
