Role Overview Cboe Global Markets is building the next generation of its technical content capability - and the Associate Technical Content Engineer is a foundational member of that effort. This role sits at the intersection of structured authoring, technical communication, and AI-assisted content delivery, producing the notices, specifications, and documentation that market participants around the world rely on to operate effectively. The Associate Technical Content Engineer will utilize DITA content management systems and AI/automation tooling to create, organize, and deliver technical content - including Trade Desk notices, technical specification updates, and internal operational documents - in support of the Global Operations department. This is an opportunity to shape how one of the world’s largest exchange operators communicates technical change to global market participants, with real tools, real stakes, and a team actively investing in AI-driven content workflows. You will be expected to take a process engineering-first approach to this role, supported by your supervisor and peers in day-to-day responsibilities, with clear pathways for growth as the Technical Content Development function expands.
