From ideas to impact, they help clients improve people and profits. Pariveda is growing in Philadelphia and looking to add an experienced Manager to their team of leaders. Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a strong foundation in application development.
  • Ability to independently identify and diagnose customer needs, frame problems, and design pragmatic solutions.
  • Background in technical and/or management consulting, or equivalent industry experience serving internal clients.
  • Experience leading cloud-native engineering initiatives, preferably on AWS or Azure.
  • Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management experience (planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, resource management/allocation).
  • Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices.
  • Current project leadership of technical teams.
  • Enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others in their career development.
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and industry professionals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Drive career progression towards becoming a technology executive through defined expectations, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
  • Oversee small teams of Pariveda employees and manage client relationships across various industries.
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions leveraging Pariveda's capabilities.
  • Perform and manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC, including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control, and delivery, using knowledge of design principles and frameworks.
  • Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of modern technology solutions in areas like software engineering, cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevOps.
  • Guide teams in selecting and applying appropriate technologies and practices to create secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.
  • Develop people and high-performing teams, foster strong engineering and delivery practices, manage delivery risks, and translate business strategy into measurable technology outcomes.
  • Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery, while upholding responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings, adapting communication to various audiences, including high-level stakeholders.
  • Identify needs and strengths for career progression of team members and create development opportunities.
  • Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, conducting regular meetings, writing and delivering semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement.
