About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: New York Government IT Services Solicitation Intake. This role involves reviewing New York source intake for software, cybersecurity, cloud, and consulting opportunities with October 2026 due dates. The core responsibilities include translating agency needs into requirements, workflows, staffing plans, implementation narratives, and consultant delivery support. The analyst will review role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. They will provide role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on assigned consultant roles and related technical work, clear communication with stakeholders, and support for quality control, status updates, and readiness are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
