About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: Texas Government IT Services Solicitation Intake. This role involves Texas source intake for software, SaaS, digital operations, cloud, and managed technology opportunities with October 2026 due dates. The core responsibilities include translating agency needs into requirements, workflows, staffing plans, implementation narratives, and consultant delivery support. The analyst will review project scope, background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. They will provide role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and technical work, clear communication with stakeholders, and support for quality control and status updates are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
