About The Position

Gather and document requirements for banking transactions and ERP integrations. Translate business needs into user stories, data mappings, and API specifications. Support integration with SAP, Oracle ERP, QuickBooks, and other ERP systems. Define and validate wire (real-time, single transaction) and ACH (batch/file submission) workflows. Collaborate with developers on API-driven Java/Spring Boot solutions. Analyze data, file formats, and backend integration points. Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, and production readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a BA in banking/payments (wire & ACH)
• 5+ years hands-on ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle ERP, QuickBooks, others)
• 3+ years with REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot workflows, and JSON/XML
• 3+ years in requirements documentation, data mapping, and SQL analysis
• 3+ years experience working in Agile environments (JIRA/Confluence)
• File-based integration (CSV/XML/SFTP)
• API gateway or middleware experience
• Cloud or microservices exposure
