About The Position

Gather and document business and functional requirements for payments, cash management, and transaction processing. Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, API specs, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with architects and developers to design API and microservice solutions (Java/Spring Boot). Analyze data flows, integration points, Oracle queries, and backend systems. Support API testing, SIT/UAT, defect analysis, and production readiness. Work with DevOps teams on OpenShift deployments and CI/CD processes. Maintain documentation (BRDs, FSDs, mappings, sequence diagrams).

Requirements

5-8+ years as a Technical BA in banking.
3+ years transactional banking (ACH, Wire Transfers, SWIFT, RTP, liquidity).
3+ years with Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST API designs.
3+ years experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and system integrations.
3+ years proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in Agile delivery environments.
Hands-on exposure to OpenShift or Kubernetes-based environments.
