About The Position
Triunity Software is seeking a sharp and driven Technical Business Analyst to join its growing team in New Jersey. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions in a fast-paced software environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and working with technical teams on integrations or APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create clear documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions to align business and IT objectives.
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and data mapping documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
