About The Position

This is a contract position focused on analyzing pain points and repetitive tasks in design and art pipelines, then using AI, scripting, and tooling to help creative teams focus on creative work. The role audits existing workflows, prototypes and integrates AI tools where appropriate, and establishes guardrails that protect craft, quality, creativity, and foundational skills. It also partners with artists, designers, and engineers to refine tooling and helps shape the studio’s future AI strategy and content pipeline possibilities. The artist stays current with new models and techniques and turns them into practical, production-ready recommendations. The initial contract is 3–6 months, with possible extension depending on project status and work compatibility. The posting says to expect 30–40 hours per week most weeks; an introductory description also calls it approximately 30 hours per week.
