About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle 12c, demonstrating the ability to leverage this technology to drive innovative solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Oracle 12c, including database design, performance tuning, and administration.
• Proven experience in system architecture and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and integration with Oracle databases.
• Experience with data modeling and database optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or PL/SQL.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies or architecture frameworks are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable and robust solutions using Oracle 12c.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices.
• Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to optimize database performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the architecture remains relevant and competitive.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Document architectural designs, processes, and standards for future reference.
