About The Position

As a Technical Architect, you will serve as a key leader in Pella Corporation's enterprise transformation and technical strategy journey, bridging business process architecture with hands-on technical direction. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and guide the implementation of the next-generation ERP platform, replacing legacy systems and enabling scalable, integrated business capabilities across the enterprise. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical product teams, IT leadership, and external partners to define the future-state business and technical architecture, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and drive execution through modern technology practices. You will shape the technical standards, integration patterns, and platform decisions that will define the future of Pella’s intersystem design.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and data governance, with hands-on experience designing and building APIs and system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-phase transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Infor LN/CPQ is beneficial but not required.
• Candidates with experience leading large-scale ERP transformation initiatives on other enterprise platforms are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the future-state ERP architecture, integrating ERP software solutions, PLM, CPQ, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
• Design, build, and deploy ERP and related software solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to map current processes and design future-state workflows that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and ensure alignment across IT, technical product teams, and business units.
• Build initial APIs and connection points for new integrations, modeling integration best practices and establishing reusable patterns.
• Lead governance efforts to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Evaluate and collaborate with system integrators and technology partners to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with Pella's transformation goals.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project and technical teams, helping internal and external resources align to transformation priorities.
