About The Position
The Technical Architect (Architecture Consultant 2) supports Infosys Engineering in delivering product-centric value through innovative engineering solutions. The role involves developing scalable and secure architectures, assessing technologies and tools, supporting enterprise architecture and technical frameworks, and documenting architectural solutions. The position works with clients and internal teams to align architecture with business requirements and supports design, integration, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Expertise in Telecommunications OSS and IVAPP (Fios Provisioning).
- Experience with C++, Python, and Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
- Ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
- Ability to assess technologies, tools, and frameworks and recommend suitable solutions.
- Understanding of integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation, and deployment strategies.
- Ability to document architectural frameworks and solutions.

- Work experience in the Service Fulfillment (SF) domain.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
- Recommend solution architectures, contribute to technical framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.
- Identify and compare market technologies and tools against client business requirements to recommend architectural solutions.
- Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proofs of concept for proposed architectural solutions.
- Support smooth transitions through knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, and contribute to build and deployment automation strategy.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment, and support phases using solution deployment and rollout methods.
- Analyze system performance based on implemented architectural solutions and support identification of risks in the system landscape.
- Create artifacts documenting architectural frameworks and technical solutions for the team's knowledge repository.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients to align work with business objectives.
- Keep up with technical advancements and maintain standards to support relevant recommendations and smooth transitions.
