About The Position

This position is technically focused, so experience and passion for learning new technology is critical. Collaborate with senior data scientists and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet project goals. Document all phases of research and development, including data preparation, model testing, and performance evaluation. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Masters Degree required, in engineering or similar technical field.
• 0-1 years’ work experience or academic projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
• Basic skills in SQL or Tableau, with willingness to ramp up.
• Knowledge of various technology stacks and engineering roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communications and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work onsite daily at WorldLink office in Frisco, TX.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
• Experienced in managing work with distributed teams.
• Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and complete big challenges.
• Confident, takes ownership, willingness to get the job done.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
