About The Position

Malbek is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for ensuring customer success and experience in enterprise software implementation to join our Customer Experience team as a Business Analyst. The Malbek team is passionate about maintaining our customer commitments and allowing all team members to contribute actively to executing our vision. This role is ideal for a business analyst with strong Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience and hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Implementation and Configuration Specialist (BA) to manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our contract management system and AI offerings for our customers. You will be responsible for key delivery tasks and consulting during the implementation phase of the customer journey. Advising customers on how best to leverage and a strategic approach to deployment of AI embedded solutions is a key part of this role. The role will also serve as a functional integration specialist, working with customers and technical teams to define integration requirements, data flows, field mappings, API specifications, and end-to-end integration processes between Malbek and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Fusion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years experience implementing or administering contract management systems
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
Experience with workflow design and business process optimization
Excellent documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
3+ years of experience working with enterprise application integrations, APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar ERP/CRM/procurement systems.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, authentication concepts, and common enterprise integration patterns.
Experience defining data mapping, transformation, integration workflows, and interface specifications.
Experience in SaaS implementation for large enterprise clients
Experience with implementation and strategic consulting on adoption of AI solutions within enterprise software
Proven experience leveraging AI to gain efficiency and extend technical skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle timeline pressures
Flexibility with working across multiple time zones

Nice To Haves

Experience with API integrations and data migration a plus

Responsibilities

Lead consulting, solutioning and configuration for full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment
Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrixes
Design and configure configuration to meet customer use cases and requirements
Lead data migration strategies and execution from legacy systems
Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
Advise customer on how to best utilize AI feature to maximize adoption and value of the solution
Solution and participate in execution of system integrations activities with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
Lead business and functional analysis for integrations between Malbek and enterprise applications, including Salesforce (SFDC), Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, and other ERP/CRM/procurement platforms.
Define integration requirements, business rules, data mappings, field mappings, transformation logic, and end-to-end data flows.
Collaborate with customer IT teams, integration architects, developers, and third-party vendors to design and deliver integration solutions.
Develop and maintain integration specifications, interface documentation, API requirements, mapping documents, and functional/technical specifications.
Conduct business process analysis and optimization workshops
Perform QA testing and validation of configured solutions
Develop integration test scenarios and support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and production validation.
Document technical specifications and configuration decisions
Facilitate product training
Analyze integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across functional, technical, and customer teams.
Guide customers through best practice recommendations
Potential to lead as project manager on smaller scale implementations
Translate complex business and integration requirements into clear, actionable specifications for implementation and development teams.
