Requirements

• Proven experience in data transformation, ETL processes, and detailed data mapping
• Strong understanding of relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server, with hands-on data querying skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Solid grasp of ETL and data transformation concepts
• Demonstrated ability to support structured waterfall project environments
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge technical and business objectives

• Background in manufacturing, chemical, or other regulated environments—enabling deep understanding of formulation, inventory, regulatory, and product data relationships

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex source system data structures to support accurate data mapping and transformation
• Collaborate closely with developers, database experts, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
• Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy throughout migration processes
• Document data flows, mapping logic, and integration processes for reference and audit trails
• Support comprehensive testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), smoke testing, validation, and performance testing
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or process issues to maintain project momentum
• Maintain alignment with global data governance standards and process requirements
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on transformation progress and data quality metrics
