Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an Information Technology role supporting a cross-functional team in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
• High level of attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Knowledge or certification as a Microsoft System/Domain Administrator.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with APIs and web resource integration is a strong plus.
• Experience in security best practices is highly desirable.
• Salesforce, Microsoft, and/or security certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce system administration, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Implement and manage M-Files document management systems. Contract-based engagement for this responsibility may be considered.
• Implement and maintain security standards; experience in security best practices is highly desirable.
• Develop applications using Visual Studio, preferably in Visual Basic .NET or Visual Cobol. Experience with APIs and web resource integration is a strong plus.
• Manage and maintain Office 365 tenant environments.
• Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for internal users across various systems.
