About The Position

Responsible for working collaboratively with Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams on Netsmart solution integrations and data mapping. Responsibilities Implement technically focused solutions for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions. Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture. Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules. Establishing connectivity and data mapping of 3rd party systems or Netsmart EHRs which enable data exchange. Provide consultative events to clients. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
• Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree
• Build collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associates’ clients.
• Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
• Solves problems and troubleshooting.
