About The Position

This position supports the organization through the management of the training technology platforms, application enhancements, report development, and content coordination and configuration across multiple systems. Key systems used include Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Zenarate LXP. Ideal candidates must have knowledge of application development, data analysis and reporting, and digital learning platforms. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into technical tasks are essential.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
3 years relevant system/technical analysis
Basic understanding of software development concepts and system/application analysis.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
Basic knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft CoPilot
Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
Proficient Knowledge of system or analysis methods and evaluation criteria.
Proficient Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, Infrastructure, systems and processes.
Proficient Knowledge of system analysis tools and techniques.
Proficient Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze gaps and document analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure and systems and services.
Collaborates with internal departments and end users with the pre-defined scope.
Collects data and conducts analysis for system and enhancement through collaboration with organizational teams.
Drives implementation of changes for application, system, Infrastructure and services to meet organization needs.
Coordinate and facilitate activities related to evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms or services to achieve organization goal.
