About The Position

In this role, you’ll oversee large, strategic, and cross-functional programs, coordinating analysts and teams to deliver outcomes with minimal oversight. You’ll serve as a trusted consultant to senior partners, representing the business in strategic forums and aligning initiatives to broader organizational objectives. Leveraging AI and automation across portfolios, you’ll drive scalability and operational consistency. You’ll execute change strategies across programs, anticipating and mitigating cross-program risks and interdependencies. Using advanced analysis and data storytelling, you’ll translate insights into enterprise-level roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
Enterprise Program Leadership: Cross-functional program delivery, strategic alignment, executive forums.
Executive Influence: Data storytelling, decision frameworks, portfolio roadmapping.
AI-at-Scale: Governance and adoption to improve scalability, consistency, and measurable impact.
Change & Risk Architecture: Cross-program interdependency management; proactive mitigation and adoption.
Organizational Impact: Enterprise-thinking, systems perspective, and outcomes that shift efficiency, quality, and client value.

Responsibilities

Design governance and documentation that simplify complexity and drive clarity for decision-makers at scale.
Manage evaluation/redesign of core processes for efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment.
Influence executive decisions with data-backed recommendations; operate with a systems-level understanding.
Shape strategic goals across functional areas; deliver scalable improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and customer value.
Coach and elevate the craft of analysis across teams; establish standards for high-quality deliverables.
