Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Psychology (only acceptable if academic coursework included Human Systems Interface (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE)).
- 10 years of experience in Software development processes, Technical specification development, Process analysis and design, Technical problem-solving, Analytical/logical reasoning.
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile software methodology and principles in technical environments.
- Active DoD SECRET Clearance
- Must be able to maintain clearance level and meet all program security requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DoW C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems strongly preferred.
- Other relevant industry experience supporting complex technical solutions may be considered with COR approval.
Responsibilities
- Apply full lifecycle software development processes to support Navy software maintenance activities.
- Develop and refine technical specifications, functional requirements, and interface documentation.
- Analyze, design, and optimize processes supporting complex Navy systems, including logistics, maintenance, or C4ISR workflows.
- Perform advanced analytical and logical problem‐solving to support technical decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in accordance with Navy and DoW Agile standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, program, and fleet stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement interpretation and solution alignment.
- Provide senior-level insight into system behavior, user impacts, and mission outcomes to guide digital modernization efforts.
