We’re looking for a customer-facing Technical AI Account Manager to support and grow strategic customer relationships across our AI platform and infrastructure offerings. This role combines elements of Customer Success, technical account management, and solution-oriented sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with technical stakeholders, helping customers navigate AI infrastructure and deployment needs, coordinating across internal teams, and identifying opportunities to deepen customer engagement over time. This person will serve as a trusted partner to customers throughout onboarding, deployment, and ongoing adoption.
