Requirements

  • 5+ years of core technical troubleshooting expertise
  • 2+ years of enterprise account management experience within a SaaS landscape
  • Flexibility to accommodate EMEA time zones
  • Readiness to travel internationally (with notice) up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to rapidly digest complex technical architectures and effortlessly reduce complexity when communicating with executive or non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid handle on front-end development technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs)
  • Understanding of back-end practices and Single Sign-On protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML)
  • Mastery of at least two of the following: creating/executing SQL queries, leveraging iPaaS technology (e.g., Workato, Zapier), or steering BI reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Looker)
  • Analytical, project management mindset
  • Proactive ownership of initiatives
  • Ability to establish release readiness testing plans
  • Comfortable navigating AI-assisted workflows and advising enterprise customers on how emerging automation and AI features integrate into existing configurations.

Nice To Haves

  • Holding an active AWS Product Certification
  • Prior professional experience operating within the e-Learning, Learning Management Systems, or Human Capital Management industries
  • Background supporting or consulting on enterprise platform performance, uptime optimization, and massive scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level customer business goals and eLearning objectives into long-term technical strategies that extract maximum power from Docebo's capabilities.
  • Take absolute responsibility for the technical and product health of the customer journey, partnering with the Account Team to drive account growth and overcome roadblocks.
  • Design and deliver compelling performance presentations regarding contractual SLAs directly to senior and executive management, translating complex technical insights into clear business outcomes.
  • Continuously track and optimize technical health indicators—including API usage, integrations, custom modules, and login trends—to catch and mitigate risks before they ever impact stability.
  • Team up with internal Premium Advisors to evaluate support case patterns, delivering operational efficiencies and advising on robust workarounds during critical events.
  • Lead the charge on small proof-of-concept pilot projects, testing out-of-the-box software scenarios with stakeholders before running a full-scale organization roll-out.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across internal customer-facing functions to synchronize account planning, champion customer feedback, and align technical priorities with upcoming releases.
