Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • More than 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, with SaaS platforms, or in digital consulting
  • Proven experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures including storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations
  • Familiarity with Headless Commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)
  • Strong skills in reading architecture diagrams, API documentation, and working with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platform migrations, pre- and post-sales consulting, and knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus

Responsibilities

  • Independent technical support and management of 5-10 enterprise customer relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architectural decisions
  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
  • Align business requirements with product features and proactively promote usage
  • Coordinate technical escalations with Solution Engineering, Support, and Product teams
  • Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops
  • Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs, and derive recommendations for improvement
