About The Position

Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Excellent spoken and written English.
3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.
Confidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical buyers.
Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity and single sign-on, and security questionnaires.
Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with video, AI or document-processing software is a plus.
Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants).

Responsibilities

Run product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners.
Answer technical questions within one working day.
Complete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals.
Show that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options.
Bring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team.
Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire answers and proposal writing.
