About The Position

This role combines technical account management with business intelligence to support and grow enterprise partner integrations. You will guide partners through onboarding, troubleshoot API integrations, and drive adoption and expansion alongside account teams. In addition, you will leverage MySQL and Tableau to analyze data, create dashboards, and provide insights that influence strategic decisions. The position requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data and integration challenges into actionable solutions. You will act as a key bridge between partners, internal teams, and technical systems, ensuring seamless operational success. The environment is fast-paced, remote, and collaborative, offering exposure to multiple business units and a variety of technical challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Partner Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role for an API-driven product (travel, marketplace, or SaaS preferred).
  • Proficiency with MySQL (complex joins, aggregations, query optimization) and Tableau (calculations, parameters, LODs, actions, extracts).
  • Hands-on experience with REST/JSON APIs, authentication (keys/OAuth/HMAC), webhooks, retries, idempotency, and pagination.
  • Skilled in debugging with Postman/cURL, reading logs, and producing clear documentation for partners.
  • Strong client-facing communication and account management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage projects independently.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
  • Professional demeanor for client interactions, whether virtual or in-person.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with dbt or ELT tools (Fivetran, Airbyte).
  • Knowledge of BI operations and governance, observability tools (Datadog/Sentry).
  • Basic scripting skills (Python/JavaScript) for ad-hoc utilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including discovery, solution design, mapping, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on API integrations (REST/JSON, authentication, webhooks, pagination, versioning, and idempotency).
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical integration issues, reconciling data and providing partner-ready findings.
  • Drive partner adoption and growth, contributing to joint roadmaps and supporting unique technical solutions.
  • Support internal teams (Sales, Supply, Account Management) with integration expertise and problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and MySQL queries to generate KPIs, reports, and insights for partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data quality, governance, and alignment with business objectives.
