About The Position

Pulsate is a leading engagement and personalization platform for financial institutions. We partner with digital banking providers, fintechs, and technology platforms to deliver highly personalized, data-driven experiences across mobile and online channels. Our integrated ecosystem is expanding rapidly, and we’re investing in the operational capabilities needed to support, scale, and continuously improve how those integrations are delivered. We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager (Integrations)to oversee the technical delivery and operational readiness of Pulsate’s strategic integrations. Sitting within Customer Operations and working closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships, you will serve as the connective tissue that keeps integrations moving on schedule and to specification. You will coordinate SDK deployments, support data mapping and integration requirements, and provide the clarity and structure needed for smooth, predictable activations. You are not required to be a software engineer, but you must be technically literate and highly organized — confident leading technical discussions, translating requirements into documentation, and managing cross-functional delivery. This role may also support technical evaluations during the pre-contract phase when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong technical literacy: understanding of SDKs, APIs, data structures, and basic system architecture.
  • Ability to create and interpret ERDs, sequence diagrams, and data flow documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical projects with engineering teams (integrations, implementation, technical program management, solutions engineering, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Background in SaaS and/or mobile application environments.
  • Experience working in partner ecosystems, platform integrations, or SDK-based implementations.
  • Familiarity with event tracking specifications, analytics tagging plans, or data validation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integration Delivery Projects
  • Own the delivery lifecycle for integrations — from contract signature through go-live and handoff.
  • Coordinate SDK deployment activities and timelines with external integration teams and Pulsate’s mobile engineering team.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates across all active integrations.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and unblock progress to keep integrations on track.
  • Provide Technical Coordination & Clarity
  • Understand external data structures, APIs, and integration requirements; translate them into clear documentation and engineering scopes.
  • Support data mapping exercises and ensure data aligns with Pulsate’s ingestion and event requirements.
  • Produce and maintain integration documentation, including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and workflow specifications.
  • Ensure integrations follow Pulsate’s standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Act as a Technical Liaison
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, integration workshops, and recurring integration reviews.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to prioritize, clarify, and track integration-related development work.
  • Ensure external teams implement the correct SDK versions and follow Pulsate’s integration standards.
  • Support pre-contract technical assessments when needed to validate feasibility and alignment with Pulsate’s platform capabilities.
  • Ensure Operational Readiness & Smooth Handoffs
  • Validate integrations meet readiness criteria prior to deployment (documentation, versioning, data validation, testing, and tracking plans).
  • Maintain reporting on integration progress, SDK versioning, dependencies, and technical issues.
  • Partner with Partnerships and Customer Operations to support the transition from integration into enablement and go-to-market readiness.
  • Support the smooth handoff of partner-sourced financial institutions into Customer Operations for onboarding.

Benefits

  • High-impact role supporting a rapidly expanding integration ecosystem.
  • Opportunity to work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partnerships.
  • Fast-paced environment where you can directly influence integration success and company growth.
  • A collaborative culture focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for financial institutions.
