About The Position

In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development. We are seeking a Technical Partner Manager responsible for supporting our distribution partners to enable them to deliver Bevi’s world-class standards for customer and technical service. The Technical Partner Manager works proactively with partners to help them improve their operational performance by introducing and overseeing the implementation of processes and tools to help partners and their end customers get the most out of their Bevi experience. The Technical Partner Manager is also the go-to conduit for operational inquiries and issues, escalates issues to Field Operations Managers, Quality, and other teams within Bevi, and ensures that partners and branches fully take advantage of Bevi's Technical Support, documentation, and other resources. Success in this role is measured through partner performance metrics and partner satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, operational, or technical field, or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience supporting customers and technical products and offerings
  • Operational experience working with relevant distribution partners in office coffee supply, point of use water, the beverage industry, other relevant fields.
  • Demonstrated experience translating metric-driven goals into action plans and working with customers to implement those plans factoring in a customer’s business and operational processes
  • Ability to synthesize quantified and qualified feedback and performance metrics, share feedback with internal team members with a solution-oriented focus, and develop action plans that address that feedback and can be implemented with a customer
  • Experience providing and receiving regular feedback to and from customers with a focus on metric improvement and account growth
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building collateral for Partner sessions and trainings via Powerpoint, Lucidchart, Lessonly or equivalent a plus
  • Experience in a rapidly growing and/or startup environment is a plus
  • NOTE: This role will require 20% travel. Candidates may be based anywhere in the US, but location in the Boston, New York, Philadelphia, North Carolina, or San Francisco Bay areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational relationship with a number of Bevi’s partners
  • Support partners in defining and implementing operational processes to optimize partner and end user satisfaction
  • Provide regular, standardized, and quantified metric-based reporting to partners on their performance, and work with them on improving their metrics
  • Interact regularly with these partners to understand their business and operational processes and how Bevi integrates with these processes
  • Ensure that partners and their branches understand the resources available to them from Bevi, channel as many inquiries as possible to those resources, and handle escalations and unique issues
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions with partners
  • Provide feedback on the efficacy of existing Bevi documentation and SOPs, and recommend the development of new resources based on partner feedback
