At Smartly, we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (Agency) to join our Agency Activation & Scale team. This role sits at the intersection of solution consulting, onboarding, and customer enablement, helping agency partners and their clients activate quickly and realize value from Smartly's platform. You'll work across both pre-sale and post-sale phases, ensuring customers have a clear path to successful adoption and scalable long-term usage. Agency Activation & Scale is responsible for turning agency partnerships into measurable customer outcomes. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from discovery and solution design through onboarding and activation. Your focus will be on accelerating time-to-value, enabling agency teams to build capability, and creating repeatable workflows that support growth across agency portfolios.
