About The Position

This role involves authoring and delivering high-quality documentation and code samples for a technical audience. The position requires developing and driving content strategy in alignment with product strategy, engaging with customers to gather data and feedback, and reporting insights on content performance metrics. Additionally, the role includes developing user-friendly scripts, sample code, and technical procedures, as well as assisting in hiring and developing writers on the team and identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related technical field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
One year of experience in designing and producing content for a technical audience that includes data scientists or business consumers of AI technologies.
One year of experience using content publishing tools such as Oxygen and XML to write, format, manage, and publish technical content on the web.
One year of experience creating large writing projects of at least 500 pages from scratch.
One year of experience using metrics to develop content strategies.
One year of experience writing example code in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, or Go.
