About The Position

Join the dynamic MassMutual Center team as a Tech Utility Lead, where you'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by setting executing event set ups, cleaning and facility changeovers.

Requirements

• 1+ Years of prior relevant Tech Utility experience
• Able and willing to work variable shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Scheduling is based on events held on property
• Ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions; this also includes being aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet area, debris, and addressing quickly and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business contacts
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read AutoCAD, & Amadues floorplans
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Set chairs, bleachers, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dasher, ice making, etc. as directed
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the arena, convention spaces, public areas, offices, and other areas
• Recognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment
• Oversee Tech Utility during changeovers and cleaning when supervisors are unavailable
• Take initiative to get tasks completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
