About The Position

The Tech Project Manager Senior is responsible for coordinating administrative and delivery support activities that enable successful development and implementation efforts. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
  • Seven (7) years in any occupation with project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development or building enterprise applications or data warehouse planning and development.
  • Three (3) years of experience leading and directing project tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement multiple complex technical systems and/or products of varying size and scope.
  • Oversees the planning, execution, and operational support of medium to large systems and/or products.
  • Facilitates efficient delivery by managing project processes, workflows, and operational activities to minimize administrative burden on project resources.
  • Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve risks, issues, and dependencies that may affect product or project delivery timelines.
  • Coordinates project activities, schedules recurring project meetings, and promotes adherence to established project management methodologies and delivery standards.
  • Facilitates internal and external communications, including task coordination, status reporting, dependency tracking, and project documentation.
  • Maintains awareness of organizational initiatives, project updates, and operational activities and communicates relevant information to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provides regular updates to stakeholders and interested parties regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and key activities.
  • Monitors project delivery activities and coordinate the resolution of obstacles, risks, and barriers that may impact progress or successful outcomes.
