This is a mid/senior level Technical Program/Project Manager position encompassing strong Systems Engineering skills. Requires the ability to develop common solutions to internal & external customer High Value Problems (HVP's), from ideation to HVM product release. Hands-on design, systems, and/or process engineering background is a must.

  • 5+ years High Tech job experience (Semiconductor industry preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation.
  • Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.
  • Manages project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.
  • Coordinates allocated resources from within the Division to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
  • Initiates and manages purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Drives cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
  • Participates on multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects.
  • Provides technical input to team members to achieve project goals.
  • Interfaces and coordinates within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
  • Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.
  • Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.
  • Lead the architecture, design, and execution of complex, cross‑disciplinary systems involving electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms, and software elements to meet market and product requirements.
  • Partner with product marketing, project management, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define and align system requirements, project objectives, and release plans.
  • Drive system‑level architecture development, including concept generation, trade studies, evaluations, and down‑selection to a final top‑level architecture.
  • Define, document, and maintain system and equipment architectures, interfaces, and subsystem specifications using rigorous systems analysis and diagrams.
  • Provide technical leadership and recommendations on component, module, and subsystem design choices to ensure optimal system solutions.
  • Support system integration activities, including assembly, integration, and final testing of new product designs.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering issues, including those related to serviceability, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead and participate in multi‑functional design teams (internal, external, and matrixed), providing technical and business process expertise to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and execute project plans, managing schedules, tasks, risks, and deliverables using standard project management tools and processes.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, including managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier development.
  • Drive cost and schedule performance across internal teams, customers, and global vendors.
  • Proactively identify project risks and complications, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution through completion.
