We're looking for a leader who will own technical direction, set the standard for how the team builds software, and help shape a codebase that's designed for how engineering works now – not how it worked three years ago.

Requirements

TypeScript across the full stack.
Truly understands backend and frontend concerns and how they interact.
Experience with API design: REST, schema/contract design, versioning, idempotency, websockets.
Experience with third-party integrations via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
Experience with database schema design, ORM usage, and migrations.
Experience with observability: logs, metrics, and analytics pipelines.
Experience with CI/CD: containerization, infrastructure as code, automated migrations.
Experience distinguishing between AI-generated code that's good enough to ship and code that just looks right.
