Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Review and test code written by team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on projects
