Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft technologies solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server
- Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation for Microsoft technologies projects
- Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Microsoft technologies
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development process to enhance efficiency and productivity
