Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms
Proven hands-on experience leading Data Center Cloud migrations for Jira and/or Confluence (large-scale or regulated environments strongly preferred)
Expert-level knowledge of: Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation
Advanced JQL, dashboards, and reporting

Nice To Haves

Strong troubleshooting skills across applications and integrations
Testing experience
Desktop experience
Good understanding of testing methodologies

Responsibilities

Have strong knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA and Octane.
Be technically proficient with knowledge of desktop environment (hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity).
Have proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, Project and Visio.
Have familiarity with cloud technologies.
Have familiarity with Apple MacBook.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills able to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
Able work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Be a self-starter able to exercise independent judgement.
Have a passion for bringing new ideas to the team, with a focus on improving testing practice and driving innovation.
Be detailed-oriented, observant, persistent, proactive, and organized.
