About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native development. The role requires strong technical leadership along with hands-on development. The candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams while providing technical guidance and mentoring to development team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Full-Stack application development and enterprise software engineering.
3+ years of experience with backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs.
2+ years of experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
2+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD-based application delivery.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
Strong understanding of Microservices and distributed application architecture.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event-streaming technologies.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with automated unit, integration, and API testing.
Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.
Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other enterprise environments.
Strong technical leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end full-stack applications.
Develop scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot or .NET/.NET Core and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Design and develop RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems.
Participate in solution design and architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technical approaches.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Conduct code reviews and establish coding, development, and engineering standards.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production releases.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and technical delivery.
